THE FEATURES AND MY THOUGHTS…
Oscillates at 60, 90, 120, or 360 degrees for partial to complete air circulation with 3 whisper quiet speed settings.
When oscillating, there is a slight click noise and it “wobbles” a bit when it goes from right to left. This is one thing that is a bit bothersome to me. I’m afraid over time it might get worse. Thankfully it comes with a warranty that I’ll be looking into to see if I can get a replacement.
Utilizes advanced cylindrical motion technology with over 200 staggered micro-blades to generate airflow at the lowest possible noise factor.
Not really quieter than other fans that I’ve used. The sound is more wind like, not really loud but definitely not “whisper quiet”. For those who like light background noise while sleeping, I’m sure you’ll like the sound. I personally like it while I sleep.
Stylistic innovation with a sophisticated space-saving design that enhances room decor.
Very sleek-looking so it’s definitely not an eyesore in our bedroom. It also doesn’t take up much space which is why you’d get a tower fan style.
Multi-colored LCD that displays all fan functions and the room temperature.
I like being able to easily see the fans settings and room temperature when in the room but I really wish it dimmed down for when I’m sleeping and want the room dark.
3 preprogrammed airflow patterns designed to foster sleep, relaxation and comfort with up to 360 degree oscillation for optimal air circulation.
Not sure how it’s supposed to foster sleep, relaxation and comfort but it’s like having an AC unit in our bedroom where our regular ac didn’t seem to work well. Before we lacked air flow so the room smelled and felt stuffy and humid at times but this fan has made a huge difference. The just wish there was a slightly lower setting because it can get really cold quickly, but that’s better than being too hot!
Extended range remote control
One of my favorite lazy features is the remote control. Without getting out of bed I can easily turn the fan on, off, or change the setting. Not sure about the extended range since my room isn’t that big but would be good to have for a larger room like a living room. There’s also an 8-hr programmable timer which we’ve not yet used but something I plan to eventually try.
I received the Ozeri 360 Oscillation Tower Fan, with Micro-Blade Noise Reduction Technology to try a little over a month ago. We’ve been using it daily since we got it, usually about 10hrs a day. It has its minor issues but overall we’ve been pleased with the fan. If it continues to work well for a couple more months, we might buy one for the garage to use during the warmers days.
My overall rating? 4 out of 5 stars.
